On corruption: it is not a virus, it is a choice
Calling corruption a 'virus' lets the corrupt off the hook. Viruses just happen. Choices are made.
Every kickback has a name and a date. We talk about corruption as if it were weather; it is in fact a sequence of identifiable decisions, made by identifiable people, on identifiable days.
